Limitation of liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Afulep's liability for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with services is limited as set out in our terms. Nothing in our terms excludes consumer rights under the ACL which cannot be lawfully excluded.
Governing law: These legal terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts for disputes not resolved by alternative dispute resolution.
Complaints & dispute resolution
Our preference is to resolve concerns promptly and amicably. If you have a complaint about our services, please:
